The RK infovan – RK Rose+Krieger’s trade fair stand on wheels – comes to the customer with exhibits, functional samples and many applications from the drive and linear technology range to give the customer a cross-sectional representation of the entire RK product range. RK Rose+Krieger also makes it very easy for its customers to find the right product. Instead of having to trawl through thick catalogues with reams of numbers, the customer is guided by special selection aids to the ideal product and to an inquiry form in just a few steps. Then the RK specialists provide in-depth advice and closely oversee the project.

When the customer's problems become standard solutions
If the prospective customer does not find what he's looking for in the catalogue or if a customer would like to solve a very special problem, the experts from RK Rose+Krieger are on hand to advise and help. Often, such individual problem-solving gives rise to new standard products. This was the case with the encapsulated linear units in the third RK DuoLine generation. A customer’s wish for dirt protection for the linear actuator led to its development. Another customer's problem was the starting point for the integrated RK Safelock locking systems for the linear actuators in the RK DuoLine and RK Multiline series: the customer wanted locking systems that would always reliably prevent the vertical actuator from dropping in all life cycles of the linear unit, even with lubricated rails or when dismounting the motor.
A real-life problem also gave rise to the RK SyncFlex compensation elements for simplifying the assembly and alignment of systems comprising at least two electric cylinders or lifting columns. They are easy to install and compensate for dimensional tolerances.
