Change at the top

Since 2008, Hartmut Hoffmann has overseen the growth of RK Rose+Krieger GmbH, and during this time he developed the company into a globally successful one-stop supplier of linear drives, profile assemblies and connection systems with a unique range of services. On 30 June 2021, he will be stepping down to enjoy his well earned retirement. His successor, Dr.-Ing. Gregor Langer, will take up the reins on 1 July 2021.

Mr Langer holds a degree in Material Sciences and a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. After his studies, he entered the business world as Technical Director, and subsequently Managing Director, of a medium-sized supplier to major companies in the mechanical and plant engineering industry. He went on to complete an MBA while working for several years as a freelance Business and Technology Consultant, before joining the Kendrion Group as a director. He has felt at home in the world of drive and automation technology ever since. As head of the "Industrial Drive Systems" business unit, with its associated global sales and production locations, his responsibilities at Kendrion included post-merger integration and reorientation of a production site. He was also responsible for developing and implementing the global strategy for growth and digitisation.
