For example, the special connection technology (connecting without mechanical processing) allows the systems to be assembled segment by segment, which significantly reduces transport costs and enables maintenance work on machines and systems. Connecting
RK tube connectors and BLOCAN® profile technology are a cost-effective and extremely flexible alternative to custom-made or welded constructions.
The focus here is on connecting without any machining of the profiles/tubes. Special connection technology enables strong and flexible assembly of the cut profiles.
Machine frames, operating equipment, safety guards, working platforms, stairs, railings and much more can be implemented in this way.
The major advantage is that the special connection technology allows all the components to be dismantled into segments, for example to minimise the space required for transportation. Later modifications or expansions of a construction are easy to implement by simply shortening or re-cutting the profiles/tubes.

Positioning
Linear units, lifting columns and electric cylinders bring movement to your system
Linear technology includes a wide portfolio of linear units: From single or double tube units for simple manual adjustment for occasional use, to automated profile axes for frequent movement, to highly dynamic positioning systems for continuous use. Also included in the linear technology range are electric lifting columns for height adjustment of work tables, control stations, fixtures and medical equipment. Electric cylinders in various sizes and designs round off the linear technology programme as an alternative to pneumatic cylinders.
