Lifting columns - Height adjustment made easy

Lifting columns -

height adjustment made simple

Alpha Colonne

Adjustment of workstations through to complex mechanical engineering systems

Optimum ergonomic conditions at the workstation facilitate occupational tasks. They reduce employee stress, help increase work periods, and subsequently increase productivity. Height adjustment of the work station via electric lifting columns plays a key role here. They make it easy to adapt to individual working requirements and improve the ergonomics of work areas, such as assembly workstations, media technology and control stations. Electric lifting columns also play a key role in the medical sector, enabling the quick and easy height adjustment of patient tables and medical devices. They are the ideal drive elements when motorised adjustment also needs to be reliably stable. And with the entire technology hidden inside the column, they offer a standalone solution that is both elegant and stylish.

Several lifting columns can be combined and synchronised and offer further impressive application possibilities. The MultiControl-units can be linked by a BUS-system and enable the synchronization of maximal 32 lifting columns.

Under Modular Technology, you will find numerous applications for height-adjustable systems.

Multilift II (two-stage lifting columns for up to 500 mm travel)

Customer feedback formed the basis for a number of improvements in the design of the Multilift II. One new feature is an assembly slot on both sides of the external profile of the electric lifting column, which is compatible with the RK Rose+Krieger aluminium profile system and can take corresponding slot stones. They allow additional attachments like reinforcements, screening and so on to be mounted without any problems.

Max. travel. 497 mm • Synchronous package
Max. compressive force. 3000 N • Plug & Work (factory-initialised)
Max. tensile force. 3000 N • Lateral fixing slot in external profile
Max. travel speed 8 / 16 mm/s
Protection rating

IP 20

Special versions: • clean - to use in the clean room

• impact - integrated damping absorbs high impact forces

  • ESD - for ESD assembly workstations

• safety - specially for overhead applications

Multilift II with internal carriage (for up to 500 mm travel)

The new member of the Multilift II lifting column family is the ideal solution wherever a vertical adjusting movement is required in combination with a defined installation dimension. As a dual-column system, the lifting column with internal carriage, strokes lengths of up to 500 mm and fixing slots in the external profile, is predestined for material lifting mechanisms next to a height-adjustable assembly workstation.

Max. travel. 500 mm • Synchronisation via control
Max. compressive force. 3000 N • Plug & Work (factory-initialised)
Max. tensile force. 3000 N • Lateral fixing slot in external profile
Max. travel speed 8 / 16 mm/s
Protection rating IP 10

Multilift II telescope (multi-stage lifting columns for over 500 mm travel)

The telescopic version of the Multilift – the Multilift II telescope – is RK Rose+Krieger's response to greater demands from customers for two-legged bench systems. The new lifting column conforms to the ergonomics standard for workbenches (DIN EN 527-1:2011) and features an optimum height/stroke length ratio: With an installation dimension of 560 mm and a stroke length of 650 mm, the Multilift II telescope also handles compressive forces of up to 3,000 N. This is unique in the market for a lifting column of its form at present.

Max. travel. 650 mm • Synchronous package
Max. compressive force. 3000 N • „Plug & work (factory-initialised)
Max. tensile force. 2000 N • Lateral fixing slot in external profile
Max. travel speed 8 / 16 mm/s
Protection rating IP 30

RK Slimlift (two-stage lifting columns for up to 500 mm travel)

The RKSlimlift looks unflashy and filigree but it is highly loadable. The whole drive unit is placed in the column and is not visible from the outside. Fixing slots in the side walls offer the possibility to attach additional components, e.g. panels, cable channels and braces.

Max. travel. 500 mm • Integrated limit switch
Max. compressive force. 4000 N • Synchronisation via control
Max. tensile force. 2000 N • Optional manual version
Max. travel speed. 8-32 mm/s
Protection rating IP 30
