It is the current EU legal basis for controlling the export of dual-use items. The standard catalog products we sell are not listed in Regulation "(EU) 2021/821" to the best of our current knowledge.
The standard catalog products we sell are, to the best of our knowledge and subject to their specific technical design and intended use, not listed on the relevant control lists. However, the key factor is always to check the specific product and use case, as the goods lists are regularly updated and, in certain cases, other goods may also require authorization.
