Following on from the established sizes 30, 50, 80, and 120, we have consistently developed our Compact series further – with the new RK Compact 160. It expands the performance spectrum of our linear units upwards and offers significantly higher forces, torques, and strokes for demanding applications in industrial production and automation.
Exponentially higher force and torque loads
With the new RK Compact 160, we are opening up new fields of application as a full-range supplier of components and system solutions for industrial production and automation, where the precise and safe positioning of larger loads is essential. Typical areas of application include the adjustment of visual systems in quality assurance or the adjustment of cross tables on drill presses and milling machines. In combination with other linear units, such as our RK Compact 120, precise multi-axis systems are created that enable positioning accuracy of up to 0.05 mm.
The linear unit is equipped with a 16x4 trapezoidal threaded spindle, which enables quick adjustment. Other spindle designs are also available on request. An adjustable guide nut ensures low-backlash movement and smooth running of the guide carriage.
