Electric lifting columns with damping, powerful linear actuators and monitor mountings
From 10-13 October 2016, RK Rose+Krieger GmbH will be presenting its innovative new products from the world of linear and connecting technology at Motek in Stuttgart. This year's highlights at the company's stand 4430/4430-1 in Hall 4 include the RK MonoLine roller guide, two new and currently unique versions of the Multilift II series lifting column and the RK monitor holder with ball joint and complementary accessories.
RK MonoLine – new high performance linear units
Our new high-performance RK Monoline roller guide is available in sizes 40 and 80
The roller guides of the RK MonoLine series are currently available in the popular sizes 40 and 80, either with a timing-belt drive (Z) or without a drive as anti-vibration torque support (R). The variable mounting system is suitable for virtually all motors and enables the subsequent modification of the position of the motor. Profile slots reduce the amount of engineering required to fix rated loads and make customisation easier. The RK MonoLine Z can withstand loads of up to 4100 N, reaches travel speeds of up to 10 m/s with permissible accelerations of up to max. 20 ms², and represents excellent value for money.

Thanks to its internal damping system, the Multilift II impact electric lifting column is able to absorb high impact forces, such as those that occur when unloading a workpiece, making it ideal for the height adjustment of industrial assembly tables. The damping system prevents any overload due to strong dynamic stresses and is currently the only system of its kind on the market.

RK monitor holder expanded to include support arms and keyboard tray
We have expanded our range of RK monitor holder accessories to include two new support arms and a keyboard tray
As well as its vibration-proof and lockable RK monitor mounting with tilt adjustment in 15° increments for monitors of up to 25 kg (static), RK Rose+Krieger also offers a monitor mounting with ball joint. Able to withstand loads of up to 10 kg (static), this version offers even greater freedom and, thanks to a special coating on the ball joint and a utility model clamping mechanism, guarantees the static friction required for reliable processes. Furthermore, RK Rose+Krieger has now expanded its range of monitor mounting accessories to include two new support arms and a keyboard tray.
Along with the RK electric lifting columns and RK monitor mounting, a special Pick-by-Light workstation for assembling individual small batches and research by the Fraunhofer Institute for the measurement of stress in the workplace are now also to be found in the workplace ergonomics domain. Both projects reflect RK Rose+Krieger's endeavours to design optimum ergonomic workstations.
