From 5 to 8 October 2021 Motek will once again be welcoming trade visitors from all around the world to Stuttgart. RK Rose+Krieger will also be taking advantage of this trade fair to present numerous new products to customers. They will include new sizes of the RK MonoLine linear unit for the medium load range and an additional actuator version with integrated locking element for vertical use. In addition, the RK stand system, further tube connector versions with ball joint and the sixth member of the successful family of lifting columns, Multilift II with internal carriage, will all be unveiled. The new RKX configuration software for the MultiControl II drive controller is a particular highlight.
With its ergonomically designed assembly workstations that are tailored to specific requirements, RK Rose+Krieger supplies a trend-setting solution for efficient production of complex products in smaller quantities with high variability. Combined with collaborative robots and (semi) automated removal and loading devices from Mitsubishi Electric and linear material feeds from the RK Rose+Krieger range, they provide employees with relief from physically demanding or monotonous tasks and simultaneously ensure reliable processes and flawless manufacturing.
Whether it be protective fences and machine housings for automated manufacturing processes or transparent partition systems for hygiene protection for reception desks or checkout areas – the flexible safety guard and partition system from RK Rose+Krieger meets the highest demands with regard to safety, individual design and functionality.
Hygienically critical production areas make particular demands of the machines, systems and technical components used there. RK Rose+Krieger GmbH supplies a whole series of products for different hygiene standards in industry. The range covers everything from usages in cleanrooms in classes 1 to 9 to applications in food sectors.
New Easywork configurator generates CAD drawings automatically
RK Rose+Krieger reworked its configurator for the RK Easywork workstation system. Users can access the new online tool for designing standard workstations from the company website. The configurator checks in the background each of the user's selections for plausibility and displays the result of the selection in real time. The user can also finish the process by having the CAD model and a PDF data sheet for his or her workstation produced. The appropriate dialogue box is available for indicating special requirements and/or a request for further consultation.
Shown for the first time: Room portal for collaborative robots
RK Rose+Krieger has been a partner of the Fraunhofer Institute for Mechatronic Systems Design for may years. Minden's supplier of components and systems for automation technology will be presenting the latest joint project – a triple-axis room portal for a system for robot-based processing – to the specialist audience at Motek 2019. A lifting column linkage for cobots and the upgraded MultiControl II duo lifting column controller for activation of up to four drives or two drive groups are also being shown for the first time in Stuttgart. Height-adjustable versions of the double and telescoping monitor support arms, the completely revised RK Easywork workstation system and the EPX-II KG twin-tube linear unit will also be on show.
Steel and welding are things of the past. Heavy-duty aluminium profiles also guarantee stable overall constructions but are still extremely light-weight at the same time. The heavy-duty profiles of the BLOCAN® series from RK Rose+Krieger also excel with special connecting technology which has numerous advantages over conventional welded connections.
RK Rose+Krieger has upgraded its system for task-specific, ergonomic workstations. The height of its work benches is now adjusted via the lifting columns of the Multilift II family.
Amongst the new items: tube connector with ball joint and linear actuators with Omega drive
Just in time for Motek 2018, RK Rose+Krieger is ready with numerous innovations in linear and tube connecting technology. Alongside the four new Solid Clamp variants with ball joint, with the RK Monoline MT, the specialists for linear, profile, connecting and modular technology are showing a new linear unit with Omega drive, and the newest member of the product family of EP(X) II twin-tube units – the EP(X) II KG with ball screw drive. The new RK Monoline Z 60 and the Multilift Controll II lifting column and electric cylinder controller will also be presented.
Focus: Latest developments from linear and connecting technology
The world's leading trade fair takes place in Hanover from 23 to 27 April 2018. RK Rose+Krieger will be attending again this year. This time the focus of the trade fair appearance in hall 16, on stand E18, is on the latest developments from the field of linear technology – including 100% corrosion-resistant single-tube actuators and lifting columns for clean room applications – and a new, particularly compact design of the RK monitor holder, specially for conditions of use with limited installation space.
