RK LightUnit
The RK LightUnit was mainly developed for reducing dead weight.  In this model, an aluminium spindle on a slide bearing transfers the drive movement on the plastic guide element with rotation prevention. The spindle is protected from pollution by a special lip seal and so it has a higher lifetime.

Tubular Linear Unit AE
The Program of Tubular Linear Units was created on the basis of the serial component for the tube connection system.  The Tubular Linear Units AE are effectively and universally applicable at low-cost.

Tubular linear unit E / E-II
The completely new design of the tubular linear unit E allows the construction of individual components as modules.  This results in short production times of 48 hours. A special feature is the principle application of stainless steel as guide pipe of the guide slot.

Tubular linear unit EP
A further development based on the program of tubular linear units is the series EP and EPX. Contrary to the one-tube linear unit “E”, the carriage is guided by two parallel tubes. With this, also high bending momentums can be compensated by the linear unit.

Tubular linear unit EPX
For the series EPX, a second guide element, connected to the first by a connecting plate is used. All in all, these linear units offer a cost-effective solution for medium and high loads. There is a wide diversified range of accessories available for this program.

COPAS-Linear unit
COPAS, a series of linear units, was developed on the basis of the components of the quad®connection system.  A spherical bushing guide guarantees a precise and especially smooth run of the guide element.  The design of COPAS allows high moments and furthermore, it can reach a positioning accuracy of ± 0.05 mm /300 mm.

Profile linear unit PLM-II
The profile linear units PLM-II are mainly applied where sensors, electric eyes, guides for packing material have to be adjusted or set up.  This “small” product series with its dimensions 20 x 20 mm and 40 x 20 mm, and the integrated and covered spindle offers enormous possibilities because of its variety.

RK Compact

quad® linear units EV/AV
The quad® linear units have been developed on the basis of components of the quad® connection system and are compatible to it. Particular fixing elements will not be required because of these standard elements.  With this, simple longitudinal guides or multi-axle linear systems can be installed very fast.

Profile linear unit PLS-II
The series PLS (profile linear unit spindle) has cam rollers, adjustable to fit tight, which roll over a polished guide shaft. This results in an excellent guide quality with low roll-off resistance and without the unwanted slip-stick-effect. The required driving power is dramatically reduced. Furthermore, the T-slot-design of the known RK profile assembly system has been taken over to the guide element and guarantees its full compatibility.

RK DuoLine S
For the profile linear unit RK DuoLine S (Spindle), the guide concept of an encapsulated guide should be emphasised. Two versions are available: First, there is the low-cost roller guide and secondly a heavy duty track rail guide. The RK DuoLine is also available as timing belt unit (Z) or as not driven rolling guide (R).
