Electric cylinders

Electric cylinders are self-locking. So they do not need energy when they stand still.  This makes the electric cylinders to be an interesting alternative to pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Powerful DC motors, signal lines, potentiometers and Hall-ICs for position indication, as well as integrated end switches uncomplicatedly serve for meeting the most frequent requirements.

Electro cylinder LZ 60/80

The completely equipped electrical cylinder unit includes the motor transmission unit, along with the motor brake, two-channel Hall-IC sensor and two end-limit switches.
All connection lines run directly out of the unit to make configuration and initial start-up easier, particularly for PLC operation.
The fixation of the electric cylinder connections is compatible with commercial pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.

Electric cylinder SLZ 90

The heavy duty cylinder can travel maximal 25,000 Newton.  The activation time of 100% causes the SLZ to be an interesting and reliable continuous runner for industrial applications.

LAMBDA electric cylinder

The electric cylinder LAMBDA is best suited for industrial applications and for applications that require special protective systems (IP 66).

Component M9

The electric cylinders of the component M9 are low-cost linear drives for small powers and feature compactness and space-saving dimensions.  
Lifting powers of maximal 300 N, speed from 2 to 15 mm/s is possible.

Component 010

The compact electric cylinders of the component 010 are especially designed for demanding situations.  They are equipped with high-quality, non-ferrous motors, withstand extreme loads and reach long lifetimes.  Lifting forces of maximal 500 N and lifting speeds from 0.25 to 22 mm/s are possible, depending on the type.

Component 015

The electric cylinders of the component 015 are best suited for industrial applications.  Because of its compact and robust design it can also be used at strong conditions. Lifting forces of maximal 1,000 N and lifting speeds of maximal100 mm/s are possible, depending on the gear.
