BLOCAN® profile assembly system – more than only a construction profile
The BLOCAN® profile assembly system offers consequent flexibility and efficiency. It is possible to design the product for optimal efficiency by adapting the appropriate profile size to the arising loads. The large choice of most varying profile cross-sections and the extended range of accessories do not set limits to your solutions so fast.
Clever connecting technologyWith this connecting technology, profile constructions can be assembled for medium and high loads without additional treatment. The compatibility of the profile assembly system with the quad® connection system and the linear components opens a nearly exhaustless potential of possible applications.
Types of profile
System profilesBLOCAN® profile with fixing slots on all sides from the modular system. They feature square or rectangular shapes of different sizes and cross-sections.
Versions:
S-profile – connection technology hidden bracket
F-profile – connection technology flange bracket
System profiles with smooth external surface
These profiles are characterized by smooth surfaces on one of the three sides. The fields of application are mainly as follows:
- Application of higher demands on appearance
- Environment where the pollution has to be kept low
- The field of hygiene where simple cleaning is enough
F-G profile – shape is equal to F-profile with closed surfaces – connection technology flange bracket
W profile – different angles from 30° to 90°, external surfaces closed – connection corner joint
Clamping profile
This profile, panel elements, e.g. wire mesh, acryl glass, Trespa, Makrolon etc., can be inserted deeply into the profile and fastened.
The fields of application are mainly as follows:
- Protective and separating system
- Visual cover
- Cover hoods
- Panelling
KL-Profile – Flächenelemente werden mittels Klemmleiste fest eingespannt – Verbindungstechnik Eckverbinder

Sonderprofile
Profile mit bestimmter Geometrie und/oder Funktion. Hierfür steht keine stirnseitige Verbindungstechnik zur Verfügung.
