The new G-profiles purport to be gracious rectangular tubes and give your creative ideas all possibilities to be put into practice. Stability and functionality are integrated in the profiles and remain invisible in their environment.

Fields of application
The G-series of profiles, G stands for closed slot in German, has been developed for clean room applications, for the areas of sanitary and medical technology, and to meet modern demands in the media sector. 

• G-profiles emphasize the technical elegance in the media technology as feet of TFT monitors.
• The edge radius of the G-profiles of less than one millimetre is a basis for applications in the field of clean room technology.
• Smooth profile surfaces are the best prerequisite for easy cleaning according to hygienic aspects which makes the G-profile attractive for medical applications.

The internal values
The G-profiles have the same cross sections of 40 x 40 and 40 x 80 mm as the typical construction profiles of the F-series.
Fixing slots, screw holes and the ribs which increase the moment of resistance make the G-profiles to be stable and functional in the application.

The accessories are RAL 9006 coloured and assort very well with the anodized surfaces of the profile structures.
All bore holes and screw heads can be covered with suitable cover caps coloured in RAL 9006 and ensure a stylish appearance.


Connections

• The G-profiles are connected via screw holes. A through bore hole is drilled in the counter profile of the connection using a template. Only one cylinder screw, (40 mm- profile), or two screws in case of the 40 x 80 mm-profile, is necessary for a rigid connection
• Optionally, the clamping bolt connection can be used.
• Crossing connections are possible by special G-connectors.
